These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MobileCLI ("the Service"), operated by MobileCLI ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By downloading, installing, or using MobileCLI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

MobileCLI is a mobile application that allows you to manage AI coding CLI sessions remotely. The Service enables you to:
- View active AI coding sessions from your mobile device
- Approve or reject file change requests
- Receive push notifications for session events
- Sync session data between your desktop and mobile devices
The Service requires an AI coding CLI (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, or OpenCode) to be running on a desktop computer. MobileCLI is not affiliated with Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, or any AI CLI provider.
3. User Accounts
Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Not use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You may not use the Service to:

- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content

- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MobileCLI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create or transmit through the Service, including your code and session data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may interact with third-party services, including Claude Code (by Anthropic). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service.
You understand and agree that you use the Service at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any code changes approved through the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOBILECLI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MobileCLI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
- Any content you transmit through the Service
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MobileCLI regarding the Service.
